Ravioli... a divine combination of Salmon and Ricotta, harmonized beautifully to create a burst of seafood goodness. Or with Ricotta and Spinach, bathed in a luscious Four Cheese sauce, or filled with Crab and Prawns and served with butter and Parmesan.

A real treat for the senses, are created using fresh eggs and very fine flour.

They are then combined with the classic Bolognese sauce or embellished with the exquisite truffles and elegantly served at the table, and directly creamed in the form of Pamigiano Reggiano by our staff in the dining room, or with Quattro Formaggi sauce, or filled with Crab and Prawns and served with butter and Parmesan.
